A paean to love’s transformative power.
This one has a bit of the country in it.
Let my life end and begin again, but never let me go.
For all who are beholden to love, on the day we celebrated marriage equality arriving in the USA.
Music, my redeemer.
Pilerats has an exclusive stream of the single, as well as a preview of the video and the tour dates!
Hope to see you along the way.
I’ll be supporting NZ institution, Trinity Roots on their upcoming tour. Check the poster below.
The year is racing along, it’s already March and so much has happened since my last post here. I will shortly be in Melbourne for a show on March 20, but thereafter is a bit of a mystery. The rumour mill squeaks about a support tour in April, and the wheels in my head are rattling out more songs than the paper and the hours afford.
Suffice to say I’m looking towards the next album, though it feels like my Heartwood is just starting to get burning. Amen.
This year is drawing to a close friends. We’re wringing out the last little tune at Soundlounge in Currumbin before I head to Woodford Folk Festival.
I am proud to tell you that thereafter in January I will be joining Mat McHugh on his “Summer Come Save Me” East Coast tour. I will be along for the 9th, 10th, 11th, 16th and 17th so I’m looking forward to meeting some new friends along our pretty Eastern seaboard.
I look forward to meeting you somewhere along the winding way.
